Spade, James Middleton, was born January 29, 1986 during the early stages of the Hip Hop movement. Once he came in the world he was consumed by music. His brother turned him on to the rap phenomena at a very young age. N.W.A, Geto Boys, UGK, 8ball & MJG were the biggest groups that influenced him the most. These artists sparked Spade's interest to become an MC. Spade used to sit in his room and freestyle to any song he heard. By age 12 he was writing his own lyrics, and arranging tracks. As his craft progress he started to build a buzz. Spade would pass mixtapes around his school; this helped him reach popularity amongst the locals. After releasing a few street mixtapes he created a name for himself in the city. Recently, he has opened up for artists such as Lil Boosie, BG, Yung La, and Lil Jon. He has also performed in other venues throughout Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas. Most recently, he released a smash single entitled "Baby Come On" which created a wave through the streets, and the college crowd.
